The returned products will be checked together with the receipt, products should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition and in original shipping parcel as received. If the products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Lisap Asia Online Store will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Once we have checked and confirmed the products are in good conditions, we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

If your products are damaged in transit please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

In the event that a refund is warranted, Lisap Asia Online Store will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card used for the purchase within 15 days after the confirmation.
